most of us understand the beauty and value of feeling content with what we have in life where we are and who we are the problem is that one or more of those things tend to get out of alignment somewhere along the line and were left feeling disconnected again.If things are going well at home Work will be out of sorts if marriage is happy our finances are shaking something is always a little off God wants us to know that though we may not be happy in all circumstances with his help we can be content in all situations here are some scriptures to see what He means.
When things don’t seem good
Habakkuk 3:17-18 though the fig tree does not bud and there is no fruit on the vines though the olive crop fails in the fields produce no food through there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls yet I will triumph in the Yahweh . I will rejoice in the God of my salvation !
Finding satisfaction
Psalms 22:25-26 I will give praise in the great congregation because of you I will fulfill my vows before those who fear you the humble will eat and be satisfied those who seek the Lord will praise him.
No financial worry
Hebrews 13:5 your life should be free from the love of money be satisfied with what you have for he himself has said I will never leave you or for sake you.
Seek the Lord first
Matthew 5:6 those who hunger and thirst for righteousness are blessed for they will be filled.
How to be Content
Philippians 4:11-13 I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am I know both how to have a little and I know how to have a lot in any and all circumstances I have learned the secret of being content whether well fed or hungry weather in abundance or need I am able to do all things through him who strengthens me.
Hang in their sisters and let’s remember his promises His goodness He gives us freely and to give us guidence when needed .
It’s a process , it’s a climb But with Jesus taking he wheel we’re in the best hands ever.
