Psalms 94:18-19 when I said “my foot is slipping” your unfailing love, Lord , supported me when anxiety was great with me , your consolation brought me joy.
When we are desperately worried we often point Our focus inward robbing ourselves of faith and weakening our hearts .
when we are weak we are aren’t our best selves ,
we can’t draw water from an empty well
and when we are empty were no good for no one.
You may be thinking Im in it I’m right there.
How do I get out?
The answer is this give yourself permission to slow down . in fact give yourself permission to just stop press pause on as much as possible and take inventory of your life .
don’t worry about tomorrow for tomorrow will worry about itself focus on the here and now and today , give yourself grace and pray Gods peace over your life let Him your peace empire over your emotions .
We get Out what we put In.
